What Fill the Desk does

Fill the Desk does not recruit, employ, place, manage or pay any workers, and is not a party to any agreement you make with the staffing partner. Recruiting, employment, payroll, pricing, contracts and ongoing management are provided by the staffing partner under its own terms.

No cost and no obligation

Using the site and getting matched is free. You are not obligated to interview candidates or to hire anyone. If you choose to work with the staffing partner, any fees are set by and paid to the partner under a separate agreement.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 and using the service for business purposes on behalf of a company you are authorized to represent. You agree to provide accurate, current information. We may decline to make an introduction based on your answers or for any other reason.

Consent to contact

By submitting the questionnaire, you agree that Fill the Desk and its staffing partner may contact you about your inquiry by email and, if you provide a phone number, by phone, including calls and text messages. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using an email unsubscribe link, or contacting us.

Information and estimates on the site

Figures on the site, including pricing ranges, savings estimates, screening rates and timelines, are typical ranges reported by our staffing partner and are provided for general information only. They are not quotes, offers or guarantees. Actual pricing, timing and results depend on your needs and the partner's terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or misleading information, submit inquiries on behalf of others without authorization, interfere with the site's operation or security, scrape or copy the site's content in bulk, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The site, including the Fill the Desk name, logo, text, design and graphics, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may view and use the site for your own business purposes but may not copy, modify or distribute its content without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including our staffing partner. We are not responsible for third-party services, content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that you will be matched, that any candidate will be suitable, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Decisions about hiring and working with any staffing provider are yours alone.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fill the Desk and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or service or any dealings with the staffing partner or any candidate. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fill the Desk harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes
